Refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team by email at support@paldome.com or through the support link at paldome.com. You may also request a refund through the payment processor (Paddle) via the link in your purchase confirmation email.

Refunds are processed in accordance with our payment processor’s terms. Once approved, refunds are typically credited within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
