PalDome ("the Extension") is operated by PalExperts LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"). By installing, accessing, or using PalDome, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") between you and PalExperts LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.
PalDome is a Chrome browser extension that provides parental control features including:

You may NOT use PalDome to: monitor adults without their knowledge or consent; spy on, stalk, or harass any individual; monitor devices you don’t own or have authority over; violate any applicable laws; circumvent workplace policies; or engage in unlawful surveillance. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PalDome for personal or family use. You may not: modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the extension; remove copyright notices or branding; redistribute or resell it; use it for commercial purposes (except Family Plan for household use); create derivative works; or access it through unauthorized means.
PalDome is a tool, not a complete solution. We cannot guarantee complete blocking of all inappropriate content, prevention of all workarounds, 100% uptime, or compatibility with all websites or future Chrome updates. Users with admin access can disable the extension. You are responsible for regularly updating blocked site lists, testing effectiveness, and using additional parental control measures.
PalDome is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide legal advice regarding parental monitoring laws; consult a lawyer if needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm from inappropriate content, data loss, conflicts with other software, misuse by others, technical failures, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is less).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PalExperts LLC, PalDome, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the extension, violation of these Terms, or violation of any laws or third-party rights.
You may uninstall the extension, cancel your subscription, or request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, use the extension illegally, engage in abusive behavior, or commit payment fraud. Upon termination, access to Pro/Family features ends immediately; local data remains on your device until you uninstall.
We may update PalDome and may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in update notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in PalDome are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our branding, copy our code, or claim ownership of the extension.
Support levels vary by plan (email support with response times as described in the extension). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
PalDome is available worldwide. You must comply with all local laws regarding parental monitoring. Some features may vary by region.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Contact us first to resolve disputes. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in the State of Delaware, United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PalExperts LLC regarding use of the extension.

If you are in the EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR (access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, withdraw consent, lodge a complaint). Data is stored locally on your device; you have complete control over your data.
